TGE Ventures.

Years of technology. A route to market.

Work X was developing the “Internet of Jobs”: a platform using AI and user-owned professional data to connect talent with work. When TGE met the team in 2023, the business had spent several years developing its proposition and pursuing a route to market.

Six months to launch.

TGE delivered a full incubation and launch programme, bringing together go-to-market strategy, marketing, community development, partnerships and exchange support. Within six months of the engagement beginning, Work X reached the market.

We grew its community to more than one million people across seven specific regions. The WORK token launched on 5 December 2023, with listings on KuCoin, MEXC and PancakeSwap. Two weeks after launch, WORK reached a $210 million fully diluted token valuation.

From launch partner to owner.

Work X announced its acquisition by TGE on 17 June 2024. The legal acquisition process completed on 4 September 2024, extending a relationship that had already included launch support, partners, exchange listings and access to capital.

The teams brought different strengths to the next stage. TGE focused on the Web3 audience and token ecosystem, while Work X’s original leadership concentrated on corporate technology adoption and the WorkPi business. This gave the technology a route forward with a team experienced in the market its token community inhabited.

The direction that became Echo.

In April 2025, TGE took parts of Work X’s technology into a new direction under the Echo identity. It was a broader reset around AI-powered matchmaking, led by TGE, rather than simply the same product with a different name.

AI for everyday use.

Olivia AI was an AI-powered SuperApp designed around everyday digital experiences. Its proposition extended into crypto, while much of its intended use sat in the wider Web2 world.

Marketing, growth and advisory.

TGE supported Olivia through marketing and strategic advisory, helping the business develop its audience and grow its user base. Our involvement focused on the commercial and communication side: bringing the proposition to people and supporting its growth.

The relationship was part of TGE’s Growth work, applying its experience beyond token launches to a consumer-facing AI product.

A new direction from an existing foundation.

Echo’s story grew out of TGE’s involvement with Work X. After the launch partnership and acquisition, TGE explored how parts of the underlying technology could support a new proposition around AI-powered matchmaking and more relevant connections between people and opportunities.

A reset under TGE.

The April 2025 announcements marked a reset and the move to the Echo identity. TGE owned and led this new direction, using parts of the Work X technology while developing a different proposition and team structure.

Echo belongs to the venture-building side of TGE’s story. Its connection to Work X matters: the experience, technology and community informed what came next, without making the two products interchangeable.

Games shaped by their community.

Slingshot DAO enabled communities to propose, support and participate in the creation of games. During TGE’s engagement, its proposition combined player ownership with an AI-powered game launcher, centred on the Roblox ecosystem.

Building the audience for launch.

TGE’s role was marketing and growth. We helped build a community of more than one million people in anticipation of the token launch, alongside limited support with exchange introductions and listings.

Our contribution centred on the audience and launch momentum, working alongside the project’s own product and development team. The SLING token launched on 18 March 2025, with KuCoin and MEXC among its launch exchanges.

An established gaming ecosystem.

Slingshot’s historical backers included Dragonfly, Digital Currency Group, Animoca Brands and Sfermion. By March 2025, its gaming ecosystem had more than three million monthly active players and over 33 million game plays. Those product figures describe the wider Slingshot ecosystem; TGE’s delivery focused on its token community and marketing.

Making property ownership more accessible.

EstateX’s proposition brought tokenisation and fractional ownership to real estate, with the aim of opening property investment to a broader audience.

The initial growth chapter.

TGE supported EstateX’s initial community growth, adding around 400,000 people through its marketing work. Our role centred on building the audience and awareness around the proposition.

Project backing.

EstateX’s investors and advisers included Brock Pierce, co-founder of Tether. His involvement was announced in February 2024, bringing further industry experience to the project’s property-tokenisation ambitions.

A different route into real estate.

VESTN’s historical proposition focused on fractional real-estate ownership and tokenisation. Its early plans connected investors with property opportunities through a digital marketplace, beginning with hospitality assets in Dubai.

Growing the community.

TGE provided marketing and growth support, helping build a community of around 400,000 people. The engagement sat within TGE Growth, with the work focused on audience development around VESTN’s real-world-asset proposition.

Privacy-focused swaps.

Houdini Swap developed a service for exchanging digital assets with a focus on transaction privacy. It represented a financial-infrastructure proposition within the wider Web3 market.

An investment relationship.

TGE invested in Houdini Swap as part of its portfolio activity. The relationship was investment-focused, alongside the hands-on incubation and marketing engagements elsewhere in the TGE ecosystem.

Trading infrastructure.

Ouinex’s proposition brought digital-asset trading together with access to traditional markets, building infrastructure for active traders.

An investment relationship.

TGE’s involvement was an investment in the project. Ouinex formed part of the portfolio’s financial-infrastructure chapter, with its product and operating work led by its own team.

A platform with a community at its heart.

StoryFire brought video, written stories and social interaction together in a home for independent creators. It already had an established audience of 2.5 million platform users as its Web3 ambitions grew. BLAZE connected the platform’s creator economy with its token ecosystem.

Bringing the Web3 business together.

TGE invested in StoryFire, advised the team and delivered an A-to-Z incubation. Our work connected the commercial and community sides of the launch: strategy, tokenomics, exchange introductions and listings, marketing, social channels, partnerships and platform growth.

We built its Web3 community from zero to more than 700,000 members, giving the token launch an active audience and a coordinated foundation. This was a dedicated Web3 community-growth engagement within a much larger, existing creator platform.

A bigger ecosystem.

On 1 March 2024, StoryFire completed its acquisition of Metaverse Group and Hulk Labs assets from Tokens.com, extending its position across metaverse experiences and gaming. Tokens.com became a shareholder in StoryFire as part of the transaction.

The BLAZE investment round was announced on 24 April 2024, naming TGE Ventures alongside GDA Capital, Genesis Capital and Octavia Ventures. BLAZE launched the following day, 25 April, on MEXC and PancakeSwap.

The next chapter: Flashy Social.

On 8 May 2025, Flashy Finance announced its acquisition of StoryFire and the introduction of Flashy Social. The platform’s 2.5 million users formed the audience at the centre of that next chapter, bringing content creation, community monetisation and digital ownership into the Flashy ecosystem.
